Terms & Conditions of Sale

Delivery:

Prices vary based on delivery location from SHCP's yard, weight, type of truck used.

Returns:

All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns will be dependent on the condition of SHCP product and a minimum charge will be implemented if we pick up material.

Demurrage Charges:

Delivery delayed charges in excess of 90 minutes/1 .5 hour will be assessed at the rate of $75 per hour, per load at the time of arrival.

Payment Terms & Finance Charges:

South Houston Concrete Pipe Co., Inc. accepts cash, cashier checks, money orders and most major credit cards. We do not accept checks unless an account has been opened with us.
